Shipping Info & FAQ

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1 business day after purchase. We use Canada Post Regular Lettermail/Parcel Service to post all orders. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please notify us before checking out. We will adjust the costs accordingly. 


Expected Delivery Dates

  • Canada: 4 – 6 business days
  • United States of America: 1 – 2 weeks
  • International: 2 – 3 weeks 


Returns/Exchanges: 

We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges. If there are damages to any item(s) please provide photo documentation. We will replace it as soon as possible or offer a refund. Please allow subtle differences in each book as they are all individually made.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

Yes, let us know if it is a gift and if you would like to include a small note. 


What forms of payment do you accept? 

Payments are accepted through PayPal only. 


Do you offer tracking information? 

Unless otherwise specified, we cannot provide tracking information for lettermail items. If you have requested upgraded shipping, we will email you the tracking information. 


Can I upgrade shipping?

We can upgrade your shipping to express, at an additional cost. Please email us for more information.


Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please make sure all addresses are correct.


Can I purchase wholesale from Team Art? 

Yes, we only currently offer wholesale to North American retailers. Please email us for more information


Can Team Art make me a custom colouring book? 

We do not take custom orders at this time.
